Orders: name, delivery address, email, phone and order details. Contact forms: the details you provide. Newsletter: email and consent. Payments are processed by our payment provider – card data is never stored on our servers.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Order fulfilment and delivery (contract, Art. 6.1 b GDPR), marketing upon consent (Art. 6.1 a), accounting (legal obligation, Art. 6.1 c), analytics upon consent (Google Analytics 4, IP anonymised).
4. Retention
Order data is kept as required by accounting law (7 years). Newsletter data is deleted upon unsubscribe.
5. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us via the contact form or complain to IMY (Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection).
