1. General
These terms apply to purchases on this website. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices are shown in SEK including VAT.
2. Prices and payment
The VAT rate follows the delivery country (EU OSS rules for cross-border B2C sales). Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
3. Delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery time and shipping cost are shown at checkout. Risk passes to the consumer upon receipt.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 15-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. See the returns and complaints policy.
5. Complaints
Under Swedish consumer sales law you normally have three years to complain about defects. See complaints.
6. Disputes
Disputes are governed by Swedish law and courts unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.
